The memory foam neck pillow is far superior to the neck pillows sold in the airport. It is snug and prevents the painful tilting of the head to the side when I finally fall asleep. Though I usually don't actually fall asleep on airline flights, this allowed me to snooze and just kept me as comfortable as possible on the plane. The bag is perfect and everything easily shows away under the seat in front on me during flight takeoff.
