This is a great value. Experience: I have grouted 3 bathrooms and trimmed dog nails with this unit. Pros: This is a solid unit that I think will last a long time. It is well ventilated and did not over heat. Some chunks of grout got in the motor but the motor just ground them up and spit them out. Accepts drimel brand screw on attachments. Flex tool runs smooth and quiet. Main unit is not any louder than any other tool of its kind. Variable speed dial!!! Cons: The cutting tools and sander accessories are not great and you will find yourself buying new ones. I had to cut some toilet bolts but kept breaking cutting wheels and had to slow down and take more time than I thought necessary. Ventilation could use some mesh screening. With main motor on the floor and using the flex tool my dogs where much calmer about the process of trimming their nails down.
