Keto yummy!
These are very tasty. Especially like when I get an extra salty bite. Just wish they were a little bigger.
UPDATE: just got myself a blood ketone meter and these are definitely not keto. I was at 1.3 this morning and this is the only thing I ate and I even did a bunch of errands running around and worked up a little sweat. I rechecked my ketone thinking I would be a little higher and no- I am actually at 0.4 so technically out of ketosis. 😡😡😡😡😡 No wonder I haven’t been doing as well as I should be since I started eating these.
