I waited 6 months to leave this review (in order to give an honest assessment). My teenage daughter and I (43 yrs old), have a compound in our saliva which weakens our enamel and thus causes cavities no matter how diligent we are regarding our diet, brushing/ flossing etc. For the past 3 years we have both been diagnosed with anywhere between 1-3 cavities per 6-month check up. I was frustrated and did a tremendous amount of research. In so doing, I found this toothpaste. After reading the reviews I decided to try it (since nothing else was working). We both used the Carifree CTX3 Flouride Free Mint Toothpaste PLUS Uncle Harry's Reminialization Liquid for Tooth Enamel (sold on Amazon), daily. And at our 6 month check up, we were both CAVITY FREE and we have ZERO plaque on our teeth! My dentist was so extremely impressed that he took note of this product and is now recommending it to other patients. 1 tube lasted us almost 2 months. It's a clear gel and you only need a pea-size amount per brushing. It tastes great, too. I cannot express how grateful I am for this product. There's no need to ever go back to other toothpaste brands again. If you suffer from any type of dental issues, and nothing you try is working (eliminating sugar, adding vitamins and minerals like Cod Fish Oil, etc, constant flossing etc), I highly recommend you give this a try. It's a game changer!!! *** UPDATE: 10/27/20 It has been more than a year and a half and still no cavities for anyone in my family. I'll never use any other product!
