I started doing more cooking at home with some meal kits. Several recipes require you to mince garlic. The first time I minced the garlic with a knife and my goodness I had the stench of garlic on my hands for days! Yuck! I immediately bought this, used it yesterday and it works like a charm, super easy to use and just threw it in the dishwasher when done. Best part is it keeps the odor off your hands! It also saved a lot of time and removed the risk of knife work.
