Excellence Beyond Update 08/04/2021
What an amazing company - I have had my French Press for 2.5 years and literally have worn it out. This company holds true and is sending me a replacement. I am stunned - after 2 years and they still hold on to their promise. I bought one for a dear family member and they are still holding on to theirs and it is in excellent condition and use it everyday as well.
