Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I love this game so much, but every time I try to go into the game. It logs me out and says that I need Amazon app store and then sign in... but I'm already signed in and everything! I'm considering deleting the game and downloading it again but I'm at level ten in progress and don't want to do EVERYTHING again. Other than that I love the game also gems could be easier to get. LOVE IT! (Can anyone help me though?..)
