Great invention since the flat iron! Now I have a place to rest my hot flat iron. I use to worry about it sliding of the countertop whenever I need to rest it. My countertop is granite so I've never had issues of it not sticking. You can also mount this on the wall. The base has a keyhole slider to mount on a screw that is provided for the wall. It is solidly built and heat resistant. Fits great for the HSI hair straightener wand that I have.
