So there's some people here in the question area talking about this product being made of silicone. It's not. Perhaps there's silicone in the thread but it's definitely not silicone. So the build quality is outstanding. I pulled and stretched with all my might but couldn't get the seams to tear. The zipper is very good quality and smooth. Though keep in mind that if you want it completely closed you'll have to pull tight at the end as it likes to stay open just a hair. I tested it under water and it's definitely good protection from getting wet if it were dropped in the rain or accidental spills but I didn't submerge it. I also hit it with a torch. Fullblast and it didn't set on fire. Warning. It DOES get VERY hot but nothing was damaged inside. Not even the silky thin inside. I recommend this because it saved my test documents (random cardstock and printed materials) from burning and an "accidental" splash. This bag gets the job done!
