This is by far the best money spent for an in home sauna. With the full body coverage I am able to do neck and arm stretches, something that I am unable to do outside of the sauna. The heat that this sauna creates is also amazing for chronic pain. If you suffer from a chronic illness that causes severe pain, inflammation and or stiffness, this is a great investment. If you are hesitant about this purchase, don’t be. You will not be disappointed at all. Thank you for making an affordable in home sauna. UPDATE: 5-18-20 The sauna stopped working and I couldn’t figoout why. Sent an email and a replacement fuse was sent with no problem. The post office lost the package, sent an email advising the company of this and with no hesitation another replacement was sent out. I had problems finding where to put the fuse and a step by step instructional video was sent. Finally...... I can resume my at home physical therapy in my sauna. By far this has been the best customer service and best purchase that I’ve made through Amazon.
