This is without a doubt the most awesome coffee maker I have ever seen or used. It has all the bells and whistles that you could ever need or want. It makes cool robot noises as it starts and stops, makes very hot and tasty coffee, super easy to use and program, but...….it doesn't have a warmer!!!!!! The hole in the filling lid allows the heat to escape, as well as the pour spout, and in no time, unless you guzzle your coffee, its no longer hot enough. I went by the picture instead of reading the description. What looked like a warmer is just a holding area for the pot to be centered on. For two hundred dollars I think they could include a warming plate!!! I have found a rubber cap from a tea filtering product I bought that fits nicely to hold the heat in better than the one with the hole that it comes with, so I wont return it, but I am not thrilled about it.
