I have suffered from insomnia, and the inevitable next day brain fog, most of my life. When I was young, I could usually work through it. But, now that I am over 60, it is getting more and more difficult to function on very little sleep. After seeing some commercials on television (not for this product), I started looking for supplemental to help with my brain fog. After hours of research, I decided to try one bottle of Clarity. I had very little hope that it would work, but I was desperate. I just finished my third bottle and I am very satisfied with the results. Interestingly, I am not only thinking more clearly and seem to have more energy as I go through my day, I am sleeping better too. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.
