Well made, inexpensive and effective. If you like eating with chopsticks these are definitely your low-maintenance replacements for your fancy wooden ones. I usually prefer porcelain sticks but their fragility is occasionally problematic in the dishwasher, which is where I like to toss mine after a meal. If I can find fault with these thats the only nit I can pick: They are sizable enough to be comfortable to hold, but unless your silverware basket in the dishwasher is mesh-lined, these will fall through the bottom of the basket. Luckily stainless is easy to hand wash. July 2012: OK so when I wrote the bit above about them falling thru the silverware basket, it had not yet occurred to me to turn them around so the fatter reverse end is down. They go into my dishwasher just fine thataway. Also, they continue to work fine with no signs of wear or degradation. October 2013: They're still going strong!
