I'm a massage therapist, and I often find my hands sore and achy at the end of the day. I use this every day to re-energize my hands and get them ready for work the next day. My only SLIGHT dissatisfaction is at the amount of time it takes the wax to melt, but I'm not really sure that process can be realistically hastened. It's easy to use and provides the relief for which I was looking.
