I bought one of these, but the ones that look like an actual butt pillow, if you know what I mean. It was great...at first. Then, I noticed that my knees would start aching and my legs would fall asleep. The thickness at the front of the butt pillow was too tall for my fat legs and it was cutting off circulation. THIS 'butt pillow' is absolutely perfect! It's thick and cushiony in the back and tapers down flat in the front. I recommend this pillow for big people like myself.
