It seems a little pricey but it averages out to be $ 4.00 per 6 ounce can. I used 2 cans tonight to make salmon patties. I found a very simple recipe on-line. They were truly the best I've ever had. Even from a nice family restaurant. I'm certainly going to buy more. Sautee 1 finely chopped onion and I stalk of celery in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Beat 2 eggs then add onions and celery 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of light mayo, 2 cans drained wild planet Alaska pink salmon. Mix together with hands and form into patties and pan brown each side 4 or 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. They are wonderful!!!
