make sure you set your label size to 12x40mm
this label maker is so convenient, very handy and pretty easy to use. only reason why i'm not giving it five stars is because when you download the app and pick D30, the default sticker size is 15x30mm so the text was printing offset and not in the center. nowhere in the pamphlet does it mention that it's actually 12x40mm sticker paper, so i wasted quite a bit of labels trying to figure that out. other than that, i love this gadget and i also like that you can personalize your labels with icons, pictures and other things.
