my husband brought this for my birthday (October). I just started using it. Not the manfacturer's fault. I just have alot of handbags and got three new ones. Anyway, I love how the manufacturer explained about their business, and how to take care of the bag. It is a good quality leather that will soften in time, and I love how they can get weathered. It just makes the leather look richer and beautiful. The only complaint I have - and its very tiny is where the buckle is, I suggest you put four holes instead of three. My bag doesn't completely lay flat with three holes so I plan on taking it to our local shoemaker and have him punch another hole in. My personal preference. Outside of that - its a great bag! The two flap pockets are great. You can put your car keys there. There is a back zippered pocket and I'm sure as you use the bag it will soften (just like they said) and it becomes more flexible. I hope they keep on producing more items. You can tell they put care into their product.
