This is exactly what I needed for my office chair!! I sit at a desk for 9 hrs a day and didn't know how much I needed this until I got this one! Ohhhh what a relief it is! The lumbar support is firm and contours perfectly! I ordered this one over others I saw because of the removable cover. There nothing more gross than looking at my co-workers lumbar support which hasn't been cleaned in at least 10 yrs. I expect this lumbar support to last for many, many years. I highly recommend this product.
