What can I say? These are amazing. Heard about this heart of palm spaghetti and decided to try it. They are kinda expensive but definitely one can serves 4-6. I made this roast in the crockpot with poblano peppers, onions and a can of diced tomatoes, and your typical spices. I shredded it up when finished. Thickened it a little and mixed in the "noodles". Amazing!* it has a nice chew to it, like pasta. I suggest that you rinse really well and then cook in the sauce a bit so that it takes on the flavor of the sauce. This is perfect for us as we eat a Keto/low carb diet.
