I have another brand of waterproof pillow protectors that I am very happy with. Those pillow protectors have.a "silky" finish and however my husband sleeps, his pillow was continually slipping out of its pillow case. These Everlasting Comfort Pillow Protectors have a textured finish that keeps the pillow in its pillow case (note: it was a little harder to pull the pillow case onto the pillow). It is waterproof and another feature I really like is the zipper is offset (that is, the zipper is about one inch from the end seam line). I'm very happy with this product.
