I really like this iron. I gave it four stars instead of five because pressing the steam buttons is a bit cumbersome. I read all the one star reviews before purchasing, watched the video in the listing, and give it a chance because I knew - PEOPLE DON’T READ USER MANUALS! And just as I expected, when I read the user manual BEFORE using my iron, it clearly states: DO NOT SIT THE IRON UPRIGHT (hence the reviews with leaking water - they set it upright). It also states in the video AND the user manual to TURN DOWN THE IRON TEMPERATURE IF YOU’RE GOING TO LEAVE IT ON FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME (hence the too hot to handle iron). It heats back up to the temperature you need it to be very quickly. If you need steam, give it a few more minutes and ALWAYS press the steam buttons when they’re lit...just like the manual says. If you READ YOUR MANUAL you’ll get tips for low or no steam and the iron not heating. Please people READ THE MANUAL & YOU’LL BE FINE.
