I initially purchased the smaller size brown carrier for our domestic cat and we love how easy it is to store and stylist design. The large front door makes it easier for loading and unloading cats at vet visits. Recently I needed a second carrier and decided to try the XL for our ragdoll. Great size for two cats or an small dog. Better quality side latches: you just push it in instead of pulling it down as in the small model.
