I bought the same unit from Amazon but after much effort in installing the unit, it is experiencing intermittent control panel issue. I really love this unit, so I ordered another one so I can return the first. Unfortunately, uninstalling it is not an easy task and can damage certain parts. So I called customer support, after a series of diagnosis steps, they suggested that the best way is to swap out the control board and replace it with a new one. Problem solved, thanks to their great support and making an effort in understanding my situation. BTW build quality of this turbo dual fan unit is of heavy duty commercial grade. If you use the highest 800 CFM, it can be noisy, but using the lowest speed, noise level is really quiet and suction is also very good for normal day to day cooking.
