This is great for foot and back support. I’m 5’2” so my feet are always up off the floor. This helps to stabilize my back and hips while I sit and work. You can also flip it over and rock it to support your calves, thighs, and feet. It’s very comfortable and has made a difference when I work long hours at my desk. It was well packaged and was delivered on time. I highly recommend!
