I got this pack and individually tested each battery and they all were above 3.248 volts... remember these batters are 3 volt batteries designed and built for 3 volt applications. If your device requires more then exactly 3 volts like say 3.5 volts then dont be surprised if it dosent meet your expectations when it was not designed or made for separate applications. I have looked everywhere for CR123 batteries for my streamlight ProTac HL 600 lume flashlight and everywhere the price for the same comparable battery is 5$ each as opposed to these only costing 2$ each. I am former military and have many friends in law enforcement and streamlight product is reliable. That's not to say once in a while people may get a defective product. Your job is to test the product and verify it's good to go. If you get this product and there are dead batteries then return them instead of blaming the company for making bad products. These batteries are less then half the cost, made in the USA and trusted by law enforcement and militaries world wide. Arlo camera people, educate yourselves before rating this product and everyone else I recommend this for it's intended purpose and you will more then not be satisfied with Streamlight... If you get your package with the batteries mixed, uncased or the package is damaged dont blame the product... call amazon and they will make amends... Be blessed and be safe Amazonians!
