These are nice quality and very similar to the cloth diapers I used on my human baby a few years ago. I ordered Small for my 9lb Yorkie and Medium for my 13lb Shih Tzu and they both wear on the smallest setting. They are both potty trained, but the Shih Tzu is a new addition and both dogs were marking a lot. I am pleased with the fit and performance and highly prefer the snaps to Velcro. Both sizes came with removable pads. I could not find laundering instructions for these anywhere. But I have some tips based on my working knowledge of cloth baby diapers. First, you cannot wash these in regular detergent or the urine smell will build up. I use Charlie's Soap. Second, you cannot use fabric softener, or they will lose absorbency. I use vinegar in place of fabric softener. Vinegar also helps neutralize urine odor. Third, wash on low in cold water to help them last. Last, let them air dry. Oh, and you can use Natures Miracle Urine Destroyer if you do get odor buildup...just make sure to soak and then do an extra rinse cycle. Hope that helps!
