Out of the package I loved this shirt. The material is very soft, a great weight (not transparent), and feels high quality. This shirt could easily go from yoga class to out to dinner, it can be dressed up or down. Initially, I loved the thick hem on the slits; however, the weight of the thicker hem made the not fall right on my body. The slit length is 11" and the top of the slit came to right about the top of my high waisted leggings. I have very long arms and the sleeves on this shirt were long enough for me. The arms were fitted, but not tight. The shirt is made in Vietnam and had a slight plastic-y smell out of package. I believe this will be removed with a wash, but I will update this review if it is not. For reference I ordered a small. I am 5'9", 135lbs, 34D, 26" waist, 38" at my widest- hip/butt. The small measures about 27.5" in length.
