Wow, this product played an important role in healing my gums and teeth. I bought this product because of one review claiming it helped reduce her teeth sensitivity, so just like it was mentioned in the review I started taking four a day, which is double the recommended daily dose. A week ago I could barely brush my teeth and gums because of the sensitivity pain, but now I can brush my teeth for 2 minutes with drastically reduced pain. My teeth and gum sensitivity pain is almost gone. In fact my dentist was so impressed today to see how fast my gums had healed in just a week. I was on the verge of possibly having to get gum surgery again before I bought this product. What is funny about this product is that the ingredient White Oak Bark is also in Dr. Christopher's Herbal Tooth & Gum Powder product. It basically can reduce pain and swelling AKA inflammation of mouth or throat. Has a lot anti inflammatory benefits and more. I highly recommended this supplement with E.N.T. Biotic 60 Lozenges because I used them in combination to heal my gums and teeth. In fact I may have reversed signs of gums disease thanks to these two products.
