I am relplacing my Plantronics M160 with this version. Frankly I was happy with my M160 which performed like a champ until it met its demise in a boat full of salt water in the Gulf of Mexico. I decided to spend the extra 20 bucks for this new, improved version. My experience with the M180 has been pretty straight forward. I opened the box, found the bluetooth setting on my iPhone 6+, turned the M180 on and it paired without any any passcode. Just like the M160, it was easy to use and set up. One toucfh call control button and I can use Siri for calls, navigation, time ect. all hands free. My phone in incased in a Lifeproof case. Being waterproof is great, but it has some disadvantages such as people understanding what I say through the Lifeproof membrane. Using the M180, people can understand me much better, I dont have to shout, or reposition the phone on my face so callers can understand me. I would recommend the M180 or M160 to anyone considering a bluetooth headset. The M180 is exactly the same size as the M160. My M160 was black; my M180 is a titanium color. It came with an earbud installed, a plastic bag with two other sizes of ear buds and a behind the ear hook. It also came with instructions and a USB charging cable. There is no power supply.
