These have been a life saver for the toddler mattresses we have. We have 2 xlarge dogs that have some arthritis in their hips one is worse than the other and nothing was helping. So after noticing his hips didn't hurt much after using our bed I tried a toddler's mattress he loves them but the claws and the dirt these are the best investment. They are easy to wash perfect for after baths too as they keep the beds from getting soaked and they love laying on them don't even try to get in our bed anymore. I will be buying more for our newest addition
