Fella's, an offer of advice from a married man of over 30 years. Purchase this when your lady ASKS for one, not before and no suggestions of "well you should get this" :P. My wife happened to ask for one and mentioned this one. At the time I purchased this it has 85 reviews and most are favorable. I ordered it on 11-18-19 and it arrived on 11-20-19 in a very rigid box. Unboxing took less than a minute, and removing the plastic from the machine another minute. It was surrounded by large pieces of styrofoam and well packed. I put it in the office and assembled it within another 5 minutes. It comes with tools, large L shaped allen wrenches and the hardware needed. It may be a little difficult to bend down to remove the side latch (Screw Type) if you have back problems. Do not over tighten this as it could result in damage which would become apparent when trying to fold it for moving. Another improvement would be moving the power button. It's very easy if you don't have back issues, but still; some people with back issues are unable to lift their foot to turn on the power. I have only a minor contribution for future models. The motor area is covered by a very thin flexible piece of plastic, so be careful in this area. The last item to mention is a loose screw in the box. A quick look indicates it may be an extra for / if a screw around the motor area is lost. I'll update with a couple of photos soon, and in the near future update again on performance. The belt is in perfect condition as is all of the hardware. I oil the belt as suggested in the manual and everything is working fine over 1 year later. She has been walking 10 miles per day since I assembled it.
