I'm a very experienced " snorkeler. " I have used a regular snorkel mask setup for years. NOTHING BEATS THIS MASK! Many people are turned off to snorkeling because of not being comfortable in the water. One bad experience turns them off to the whole idea for life. I often hear people complain about constantly adjusting their mask. The mask fogs up. They have issues with the mask flooding. Its hard to breathe through their mouth etc. I too have experienced all of those issues. Luckily for me I'm obsessed with being in the water. Being able to breathe through your nose and mouth is incredible! I find I have more stamina while roaming around with this mask. The price of this product will naturally go down with time. However as is... Its worth EVERY PENNY. I have had zero issues with the mask fogging. Any water that enters the mask is cleverly drained around the face down through the chin! Its brilliant. Keeping the front of your face dry while snorkeling is pretty cool too. Especially if the water is colder. One thing to note is the mask is a SURFACE MASK! It is not made for diving. You're essentially wearing a BUBBLE on your face. Imagine pressing a balloon or fully inflated beach ball underwater. The resistance / tension you feel is what you'll experience trying to dive. Beyond that I'm sure there are several other reasons not to dive with this mask. Luckily there are MANY beautiful things to see from the surface. Most if not all of my experiences in the ocean have been surface interactions... and trust me... I've seen some AMAZING THINGS! BUY THE MASK! And keep it rinsed off with FRESH WATER :)
