I have a 2019 16" MBP. I have been searching for something that would allow me to use my two 4K 60Hz HDR monitors with HDMI along with other devices. Additionally, I wanted something that could charge my MBP at full charge so I don't have to use my power adapter. This does it all. I have both monitors working. The dock has its own power supply and charges at full power, so no Apple power adapter needed. I have USB-A and USB-C ports in use without issue. My monitors are working great, and since it only uses 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports, I still have two more free to use. The dock itself takes up very little room on my desk, which is also very handy. I cannot recommend this dock enough. It has been the answer to a very long search to find what I would consider the perfect dock. I tried the CalDigit and a Kensington dock, both much more expensive and neither did what I needed.
