I been using this product for 10years now and was scrolling down the bad reviews. Heres the thing you have to learn how to use the product, I mean I get tons of compliments from everywhere I go. if you have curly or wavy hair this is an amazing product. This is the best way to use it. ONLY APPLY WHEN HAIR IS VERY WET...... REPEAT VERYYYYY WET. once you have rinsed/washed you hair run a comb through it (do not brush).. cut your hair into two parts and apply cream starting at the bottom and working your way up to the top. Put your hair upside down and scrunch and massage all over curls. take a spray bottle and spray your curls as you scrunch with the other hand. when the product has been applied everywhere and your hair is completely soaked use ONLY A FAN to dry hair Heat makes your hair frizzy and lumpy and not to mention is damaging. sit in front of a fan on full blast 4 min on each side.... then slowly crunch hair as you feel it drying.. if you need a video please comment below.
