So far so good.. have only had it for a few days so not sure about the quality in the long run. I just want to post about removing the water saving element since the water pressure is fairly poor as is. After dissecting every connection, I finally found where this removable piece is. It was where the hose connects to the pipe and looks as pictured below. Hopefully this prevents someone else from breaking their showerhead like I almost did!
