I work with patients in a hospital setting and wash my hands at least 15-20 times a day. My hands are often dry and chapped. I've tried everything: Eucerin, Vaseline, Cetaphyl, etc but nothing has come close to this cream. I got it as a gift from a coworker and haven't stopped using it since. It's rich (not watery like Cetaphyl or Eucerin) and absorbs quickly. Doesn't leave a sheen or film after use. The size is small and convenient; perfect for sticking in your pocketbook or lab coat. Others have commented on the diaper cream smell but I find it quite pleasant and mild. Overall, would recommend this hand cream highly. The only downside is the price. But it's so good it's worth it. I got it around Christmas; 1 month later I'd say it's still 1/3rd full. Side Note: I also ordered the 25% shea butter lotion in the 7oz jar figuring it would be very similar to the 20% in the 1oz tubes. It's actually not the same at all. The 25% is much richer and leaves an oily film which stays on my hands until I wash them. I feel it in particular if they sweat a little and when I go to wash my hands they feel slimy. This doesn't happen with the 20% in the 1oz tubes. It's absorbed right away and there's no oily film or slimy feeling even when I wash my hands 5 minutes later. Will be returning the 25% shea in the 7oz jar.
