After purchasing this online to supplement my low calorie diet....I feel amazing. I have been drinking it (double doses) for about a week and I feel so energized in the morning and up until the evening. I sleep like a baby. I have been diagnosed with both adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues and I take supplements for both. NOT MEDS !! I really feel like this is cleaning up my system and giving me complete nourishment !!! I'm 58 but can outdo any 30 year old :)
