I found this product by chance and I'm so glad I bought this. This is a great sugar replacement in drinks, desserts, almost anything really. To me, it has a semi floral smell/taste that reminds me of honey but not as intense. It's very subtle, making it a great sugar replacement that won't overpower your other ingredients/foods. I found that it's a little tricky to dissolve if you dump it directly in but if you add in liquid gradually to the powder, it works out great. Definitely give this a try! It’s a fairly small bag given the price but this will last you a long time so it’s well worth it.
