I bought this to convert ~100 slides and it was well worth the $40 investment. It's simple, intuitive and works. I used this with a Galaxy Note 9 but it should work with any camera phone. I did not use the suggested app because I already have several photography apps. Due to light being projected through the film and into the camera lens, it is possible for your phone to over heat. this happened to me after 30 minutes of continuous scanning. i simply took a break to allow my phone to cool off and then resumed scanning.
