Read your tag: if your leggings do not say: 92% polyester and 8% spandex, do not try them on and return them! I repeat do not try them on! (See my pics for a reference of what you don't want to receive in the mail and what you do want to recieve.) The reason some of the leggings tear is because the material is not made with spandex. This causes the little holes to develop in the fabric. If you find the magic formula for the material, you will be do happy with your purchase. I love mine. I hope this helps! Hugs.
