This brand can be a bit iffy... it's always hard to tell quality from the computer screen. However, I live in Arizona (117 degree summers), work a corporate job, and have full sleeve tattoos - which means I have to wear long sleeves at work. So I took a chance on this shrug. I wore it one day to work, and came back and ordered three more in different colors. It's a nice, light weight (but not see through or rippable) long sleeve shrug - and the sleeves are ACTUALLY LONG ENOUGH (I have ridiculously long arms, and I can never find things that are long enough). This is not a bolero jacket - it will not cover your chest. It fits exactly how it does in the picture (it does come over far enough to cover the edge of tank top sleeves). This is also not a winter jacket - it is not going to keep you warm in the dead of winter. But if you're looking for a classy little shrug to dress up an outfit - this is exactly what you're looking for.
