Go figure! Got a defective one in the mail today. It only works when I hold down the Power button. I guess a $40 massager was too good to be true huh? - Paul ========= UPDATE ======= 9/7 So to my unexpected surprise, I have been in communication with Ann, who informs me that I had a 1 Year Warranty with this product .... She sent me a new replacement that works great on my painful and overstressed joints and muscles from the gym. Easily the most unexpected, gratifying, and appreciative experience I've had with any product/customer service interaction yet. Again, Thank You So Much Ann! - Paul
