Im a female in my thirties and fairly strong. I lift heavy in the gym but wanted some home amenities for those days im snowed in or what have you. I wont be lifting more than 100lbs with this and so its perfect for my needs. I assembled it myself and it took about 40min and all the parts were there. It adjusts to fit a 7ft barbell or a 5ft so im glad about that as it has a small footprint in my garage. If you want to life 300lbs just invest the money in rogue or something but for just those quick lighter home sessions i love this so far
