Agility ladders are great for just about any sport!! These are nice and inexpensive! I read a lot of reviews for all types of different agility ladders before I chose these. There were a few 1 star reviews for this mostly for the "I can't believe the don't come spaced out evenly" or " All the rungs were on one side of the ladder and I spent 2 and a half hours spacing them out correctly and still have extra rope left over" - Well it was a risk I was willing to take. When I received my agility ladder it came spaced out evenly for me. I wanted to see if the rungs were easy to move and it's easy peasy. I definitely underestimated how long these were. It works out great so my athletes have more time to work on technique versus just running through the ladders as quick as they can. I chose the blue ones because all the other coaches have yellow and I didn't want them to get mixed up with anyone elses. I see these working out for me for years to come.
