Old lady with vertigo can now build muscle without falling.
Vertical height in inches as advertised is incorrect. It is less than 11 " high. Printed centimeter height good. Assembly easy for this 86 year old female. Took longer than it should have because, with 6 of 10 fingers numb, I kept dropping things. Have used it twice and have had reactions from muscles I forgot were there.
Suggestion: If you are elderly, of course you should consult with your physician. Also you might want to purchase an inexpensive pulse oximeter to monitor your pulse rate and oxygen level.
