Great taste and nutritional value of this supplement stacks up very well per pound against competitors. Price point is very good compared to competition. One thing to note is that the number of scoops per pound is less than competitors. In a 5 lb container I get 45 total scoops (30g protein each) from body fortress, while a 5lb container of gold standard protein has 73 scoops (24g protein each). To stretch this product further I use about 2/3 of a scoop to get 20g of Protein out of it, it still produces a shake that is very thick in consistency and tasty.
