I absolutely love this phone! After reading reviews all over the internet, I decided to go with this one because all the reviews were positive. I had a problem with names not showing up when someone called me with my old phone. One of the first things I did was to put the names/numbers in the phone book list that I talk to on a regular basis. The next time the phone rang, not only did the name & numbers show up on the screen, but the speaker actually announced the name of the caller as well. This process helps me to immediately rule out the calls I want to block because it's easier to differentiate between the two, by allowing the telemarketing calls to go to the phone's voice mail and listening, than just push the call block button. The cordless handsets screen/keys illuminates even while talking on the phone with others, your able to see the name/flash button & determine if you want to take the call. It also has hands free speaker and conversations are crystal clear even on speakerphone. These are just a few of my highlights concerning this phone, however, there are many more. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who is in the market for a new landline phone. Great Job Panasonic!
