This is a quality sports bra. I thought it would significantly flatten my chest, but it really just holds them in place. I can jump around in it and my boobs aren’t going anywhere! I bought it to style with an outfit, but I’d definitely work out in it. I’m a 36D and I bought a large and it fits just right. Shipping was about 4 days (Prime).
