tl;dr These are great pans IF you get the right pan. Before you get started, flip the pan over and check the stamp. MMP Living's pans were stamped "Fat Daddio's PRD-83" - these are the GOOD ones. BuyBoxer's pan were poorly stamped "Fat Daddio's 8" x 3" - these are the BAD ones. I made a batch of basic yellow cake and split the batter evenly between the three pans, did the same Pam and parchment treatment to each, baked all three in the same oven at the same time and temperature, cooled, trimmed, and frosted all three layers. The attached photos tell the story of what a huge difference the RIGHT pan makes. Thankfully Amazon's customer service is ++ because BuyBoxer didn't offer refunds.
